What changed
wisp-science v0.30.0 introduces Publication Evidence Capsules: project-level, auditable packages that connect immutable Artifact versions, Runs, source evidence, readiness manifests, and isolated verification. The new Publication workspace lets researchers select evidence deliberately, assess readiness, freeze a snapshot, and verify fine-grained claims without relying on mutable local state.
What's changed
- Add immutable Artifact/Run revision evidence, lineage bindings, selective Capsule construction, readiness manifests, freezing, and isolated evidence verification.
- Add a Publication evidence workspace and durable store migrations for the new publication domain.
- Add Skill hot reload with explicit source scopes and per-conversation full-permission mode.
- Harden scientific workflows, Run/issue reporting, and plugin diagnostics; fix updater manifest validation for GitHub Release Asset API URLs.
